Operations/Project Manager (Virtual, Part-Time)

We’re seeking a faith-driven, detail-obsessed, systems-savvy Operations/Project Manager to oversee our growing online business and client-based programs. This role is for someone who knows how to run the back-end, lead with heart, and execute with precision.

Responsibilities:
Own and optimize daily operations and workflows across coaching, content, and digital product launches
Manage project timelines, virtual teams, and milestone tracking (we use ClickUp, Notion, and Google Workspace)
Streamline systems for customer onboarding, email marketing, client experience, and SOPs
Coordinate virtual events, coaching cohorts, and content calendars with excellence and ease
Communicate with vendors, contractors, and partners with professionalism and Kingdom character
Identify growth gaps and present solutions before we even ask

You understand the pulse of a small business and can wear multiple hats


You love faith-based brands and mission-driven leadership

Bonus If You:
Have worked with digital course creators, online coaches, or influencers


Understand CRM tools like Kajabi, Flodesk, or Airtable


Can design workflows, templates, or dashboards that are as beautiful as they are functional
