Customer Service Agent

Description
You will be joining a young, fast-growing digital marketing startup based in the United States. This will be full-time (40/hrs per week) and 100% remote work. Your primary role will be answering customer support emails and phone support for our Tarot clients

Ideal candidate attributes / who you are:

- You are positive and enthusiastic

- Excellent at following directions with strong attention to detail

- You like talking to people and helping customers

- An understanding of Tarot and Astrology is a big plus!!

Requirements
Requirements:

- Must be able to work 40 hours per week (~7 hours/day weekdays)

- 100% remote work

- Write emails in perfect English

- Must be okay with working Saturday to Wednesday

- Must have a computer and a stable internet connection
