Responsibilities
Answering customer's inquiries related to the company's products and services - answering and sending emails to customers and resolving issues fast
Creates and Provides Coupons to customers for promos and other offerings
Processes Refunds/ Returns and Replacements Request of customers as well as other customer request

Amazon Support Experience is an advantage
Ecommerce customer support experience is preferred but not required
Excellent in organizations skills and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Able to communicate in English and Spanish with good comprehension
High committed with good values and integrity
Be familiar with various office documents (e.g. Standard Operating Procedures)
Amenable to work during 4pm - 1am | 6pm - 3am | 8pm - 5am shifts
