JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive support to the General Manager. This role requires exceptional
communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner who ensures smooth day to-day operations, enabling the GM to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, and
meetings.
• Handle email and communication on behalf of the GM, prioritizing and responding
as appropriate.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
• Assist in project coordination and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.
• Facilitate communication between the GM and internal teams, external partners,
and clients.
• Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making.
• Maintain confidential files and records with discretion and professionalism.
• Manage expense reports and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior
leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with calendar management tools (Google Calendar, Outlook) and
collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with travel coordination and event planning is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic accounting or expense management is desirable.
