Sales & Lead Generation VA (Cybersecurity & ERP)

Job Overview:

JGME Consulting UK Ltd is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to support our sales and lead generation efforts. We specialize in cybersecurity (JGME Cyber Protect) and ERP solutions (Odoo) for small and medium-sized businesses in the UK. This is a part-time role (20 hrs/week) with room to grow into a full-time, long-term position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and build targeted B2B lead lists (LinkedIn, ---------- , web scraping)
• Send and manage cold outreach campaigns (email + LinkedIn + Phone calls)
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
• Set up appointments and manage follow-ups
• Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot)
• Create basic reports and dashboards to track outreach performance

Tools You will Use:

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• ----------
• HubSpot CRM
• MS Teams
• Other outreach tools

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in lead generation or B2B sales
• Familiar with cybersecurity or ERP (a big plus!)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Familiar with UK time zone and open to partial overlap (e.g., 4pm–8pm PH time)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Between $10 - $15/hour (part-time), negotiable based on experience
• Performance-based bonuses
