Are you a skilled video editor who understands how to build viral content from scratch — not just chop up clips? I’m looking for a full-time, long-term content partner to handle the complete workflow of turning tax-related talking-head footage into powerful YouTube videos, TikToks, Reels, and more.

???? What You'll Do
Edit full-length YouTube videos (you'll receive raw green screen recordings with great audio/lighting)

Add professional visuals, text overlays, b-roll, motion graphics, and branded style

Create short-form viral clips from the long-form content for use on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.

Suggest short-form video ideas and write hooks/scripts I can record quickly (optional but highly valued)

Handle basic social media scheduling, posting, and caption writing

Use tools like Opus Clip, Descript, CapCut, or any AI to speed up workflow — I'll cover the costs

Track video performance and help optimize content based on what works

You’ll get bonuses when videos hit view or engagement milestones

? What You Must Have
Strong skills in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, etc.)

Experience making high-converting short-form content

Portfolio of talking-head videos with graphics, animations, or branded overlays

Knowledge of social platforms (especially TikTok, YouTube, IG) and what makes content pop

Excellent English writing and communication skills

Able to accept weekly PayPal payments

A stable internet connection and consistent availability
