Job Title: Microsoft 365 and Security Infrastructure Deployment Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 and Security Infrastructure Deployment Specialist to lead the deployment, configuration, and documentation of a Microsoft 365 E5 tenant and associated security, endpoint, and collaboration services. This role includes the delivery of operational documentation via Azure DevOps Wiki. The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect or senior engineer with expertise in Microsoft cloud ecosystems, enterprise security, and endpoint management.



Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 E5 Tenant Configuration

-Provision and configure Microsoft 365 E5 tenants with P2 capabilities

-Implement branding, DNS validation, license assignment, and user governance

-Configure Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive with compliance settings

-Establish security baselines: MFA, password policies, Conditional Access


Office 365 Collaboration Services

-Enable and configure Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams

-Apply E5 security/compliance features including DLP and retention policies


Identity & Access Management (Azure AD P2)

-Set up user/group structure and role-based access control

-Implement Conditional Access, SSPR, MFA, PIM, Identity Protection, and Access Reviews


Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune Suite)

-Deploy Intune with compliance policies and app protection

-Configure Windows Autopilot, Endpoint Analytics, Privilege Management, and Remote Help

-Integrate Intune with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint


Microsoft Sentinel (E5 Scope)

-Deploy Sentinel and configure available E5 connectors (Azure AD logs, Defender, etc.)

-Set up alert rules, dashboards, and response playbooks


Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

-Maintain comprehensive operational documentation in Azure DevOps Wiki

-Develop SOPs, runbooks, configuration records, and architecture diagrams

-Conduct formal knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams



Requirements

-Proven experience deploying Microsoft 365 E5 tenants and services

-Strong hands-on expertise with Intune Suite, Azure AD P2, and Microsoft Sentinel

-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance tools

-Familiarity with Azure DevOps Wiki and documentation best practices

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Certifications preferred: MS-100, MS-101, SC-300, MD-102, or AZ-500
