We are Frosted Europe — a fast-growing brand offering luxury-style watches and jewelry at accessible prices. Our customers are style-conscious men aged 20–40 who value a premium look without the premium price.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a seamless and professional experience that reflects our brand.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer support (e-commerce or fashion is a plus)

Strong written English communication skills

Ability to handle customer queries via email and live chat

A calm, solution-oriented approach

Availability for ongoing, part-time work
