We're looking for a UNIQUELY TALENTED and multi skilled individual to support our growing holistic center.
You will be responsible for assisting us with the following:
Social Media:
• Creating Facebook Event Pages for all of our classes, workshops, courses, and events.
• Creating MindbodyOnline registration links then add them to our Facebook event pages
• Reach out to RSVP's on our events to make sure they will be attending
• Schedule content for posting to Facebook
• Post event pages to various Facebook groups for promotional purposes
• Monitor incoming messages and comments
• Create Meetup Event Pages for classes and events
• Monitor Meetup messages and respond
Graphic Design:
• Design New Event, Course, Class or Workshop Facebook Event Cover graphics using my pre-designed Photoshop Template. You will see samples of our existing events to follow the pattern/style.
• We may need flyers and/or other graphic materials for marketing
Email Marketing:
• Design and send out weekly newsletter
• Design and send special event emails
• Design and send out surveys
Video Editing:
• Edit testimonial videos and event presenter promotional videos that we shoot
• Add music and logo to the videos
• Render video and upload to appropriate location (Youtube, Amazon S3, Facebook, etc.)
Admin Assistant:
• Monitor Project Management items in Smartsheet (Smartsheet is a spreadsheet style project management tool)
• Support us with onboarding our class teachers via phone calls, email, etc..
• Support us with any other tasks that may come up that we need assistance with
Funnel Development (Not a MUST but a bonus if you have these skills):
• Use Wordpress and IglooApp (A New Visual Interface Funnel Builder similar to Clickfunnels) to build optin and sales pages, etc.
• Setup email sequences for marketing
That is the basics for now...there may be other items once we get working on things together and depending on your skill level.
