You’ll work across both brands (MDM Cleaning and MDM Tutoring) to help with admin, communication, content, and light marketing tasks.
We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of MDM Cleaning and MDM Tutoring. The role involves handling communication, admin tasks, social media content, website updates, and light research. You'll work independently with clear systems and tools already in place.
Key Responsibilities
Communication Management: Check
Lead Follow-Up: Track and follow up with leads via
Website Updates: Assist with updating and formatting web content.
Booking Coordination: Send confirmations and update Google Calendar.
Blog Management: Proofread and publish SEO-optimized blog posts.
Trend Research: Identify high-performing content for inspiration.
Content Planning: Create monthly content calendars for social media.
Content Creation & Scheduling: Design, write, and schedule posts using Canva and Meta Business Suite.
Tools You'll Use
Gmail, Slack, WordPress, Notion, Google Calendar, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Previous experience in admin, customer service, or virtual assistant roles
Reliable internet and computer
Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Calendly, Wordpress, Meta business suite etc.
Bonus Skills:
Experience in service-based businesses
Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Canva, Later, Meta Business Suite)
Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, ClickUp)
