About the Role:
We are looking for a highly capable leader to serve as an Editor to motivate, measure and grow the human-intelligence publication team of ArchIntel. As the Editor, you will supervise our writers as well as work closely with the research team to ensure that all daily intelligence briefs are meticulously crafted to our customers’ specifications. Since the Editor oversees some aspects of content for publication, the position is ideal for someone who possesses the ingenuity and ability of a writer and practical know-how of an operations manager. ArchIntel is expanding rapidly and is a high-growth environment. The successful candidate will thrive in a continuously evolving organization.

What You’ll Do:
Plan and manage daily operations of all writers and editors (e.g., task assignments, publication deadlines, operational schedules)
Coach, train and mentor writers and editors in assembling top-quality stories and customized content for all accounts
Oversee proofreading procedures and evaluation of finalized copy to ensure compliance with policies, standards and style
Conduct meetings and one-on-one sessions with editors and writers to monitor team performance and increase member engagement
Furnish and report tea ---------- trics to top management
Facilitate the hiring and training of new editors

What You’ll Need:
Excellent proficiency in English in verbal and written form
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Editor or similar role
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Experience working in AP Style is a must
Knowledge in online platforms (added bonus: familiarity with SEO, keyword search and online data mining)
In-depth knowledge in quality assurance and performance metrics
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Journalism, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
