In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building meaningful relationships with potential and existing clients, and identifying strategic opportunities in emerging markets. You’ll take ownership of the entire client journey—from lead generation to closing deals—while collaborating across departments to ensure that growth initiatives align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
-Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement targeted outreach and conversion plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
-Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, especially in high-growth and emerging markets.
-Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships to foster trust, boost retention, and encourage repeat business.
-Deal Negotiation & Closing: Lead client communications, negotiate terms, and finalize deals that deliver value to both the company and the client.
-Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to continuously refine strategies.
-Performance Tracking: Prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and optimize future efforts.
-Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align client acquisition strategies with overall company goals.
-Lead Management Tools: Use platforms and tools for lead generation, tracking, and CRM optimization.
Qualifications:
-Sales Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, client services, or business development, with a track record of exceeding targets.
-Leadership Skills: At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably guiding teams or overseeing outreach efforts.
-Client Engagement: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients from various industries and regions.
-Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data, understand market dynamics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
-Independence & Drive: Strong self-management skills and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset suited to remote work.
-Technical Fluency: Familiarity with CRM systems, lead gen platforms, and digital outreach tools.
