Job Title:
Construction Sales & Project Coordinator (Painting / Siding / Roofing / Flooring)

???? Job Description:
We are a fast-growing U.S.-based construction company specializing in residential and commercial painting, siding, roofing, and flooring. We're looking for a full-time, long-term Filipino tea ---------- mber who is fluent in English, highly organized, and confident in communicating with clients and managing construction projects.

???? Responsibilities:
Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and email

Create and edit project estimates and contracts

Organize project timelines and team schedules

Communicate with clients and subcontractors in fluent English

Update and manage CRM system (GoHighLevel or similar)

Track progress and assist in resolving jobsite issues remotely

? Requirements:
Strong spoken and written English (you’ll speak with U.S. clients daily)

Experience in construction-related sales or coordination

Understanding of basic construction workflows (painting, siding, roofing, flooring)

Familiarity with Google Docs, CRMs, and contract editing

Full-time availability (preferably during U.S. Pacific Time hours)

Highly organized and reliable

???? Salary:
$1,000 – $1,200 / month (depending on experience and performance)
Bonuses available based on closed projects and team results.
