We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Dispute Manager to handle chargebacks, PayPal disputes, and order-related issues for a high-volume Shopify dropshipping business.
If you’ve worked full-time for a Shopify store handling disputes and winning cases – this role is for you.
Your Role:
- Respond to PayPal disputes and credit card chargebacks
- Use knowledge of PayPal policy to increase dispute win rates
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve product and delivery issues
- Optimize store policies and SOPs to increase winrate of disputes
- Collaborate with customer service to reduce issue escalation
Requirements:
? Minimum 1 year of full-time dispute management experience
? Proven success in winning PayPal and chargeback cases
? Experience with Shopify dropshipping stores (not just support – full dispute handling)
? Strong communication and problem-solving skills
? No beginners – we will test your expertise
