We are looking for a full-time virtual assistant based in the Philippines to begin with bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online. You will help manage financial records, reconcile transactions, generate reports, and keep our accounting organized across several businesses — including a yacht charter company, filming location, and rental property portfolio.
Your role will also include assisting with internal operations — such as following up with yacht crew on assigned tasks, tracking completion status, and reporting updates to the owner. You will help keep multiple business operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
While some collaboration may require overlapping with U.S. time zones, most accounting and reporting tasks can be completed on flexible hours, as long as deadlines are met.
We are looking for someone with excellent English, high integrity, and the ability to self-manage across multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile multiple QuickBooks Online accounts
Track expenses, generate reports, and support year-end prep
Monitor and follow up on internal tasks across departments
Provide summarized status reports to the owner
Requirements:
Proven experience in QuickBooks Online
Excellent written English and clear documentation skills
Strong organizational and follow-through abilities
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Nice to Have (not required):
Familiarity with property management, studio rentals, or marine operations
Background in supporting executives or managing back-office tasks
