JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based custom home building company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help coordinate upcoming construction projects. Your main role will be to support communication with our subcontractors and vendors, collect estimates, deliver project information, and help us stay on schedule.

You’ll be working directly with a project manager, supporting real construction jobs. If you’re organized, dependable, and love following up on open tasks—you’ll thrive in this role.

????? Your Key Responsibilities:
• Contact subcontractors and vendors via email, text, and phone to request bids or confirm schedules
• Follow up until responses are received and documented
• Send plans and scope information to subcontractors
• Keep project schedules updated (in Google Sheets or Notion)
• Track open bids, trade availability, and scheduling changes
• Maintain records and communication logs

? Ideal Candidate Traits:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Very dependable and follows through without needing reminders
• Comfortable calling and texting U.S.-based subcontractors
• Familiar with Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and Drive
• Organized and able to work independently with clear instructions

10–20 hours/week
