Part-Time Web & App Developer for Go2Care Platform (Remote)
$400/month – Paid biweekly | 10 AM–3 PM PT (Los Angeles Time)

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Web & App Developer to join our team and help bring ---------- —a direct-hire caregiving platform—to life. We’ve already built a starter prototype using ---------- , and now we need someone experienced to take it to the next level.

About the Role:
You will build out our existing Replit-based prototype into a fully functional web app. You’ll be responsible for integrating required APIs such as Stripe, Checkr, real-time messaging, and file upload services. You’ll implement core features including role-based login, profile creation and verification, subscription handling, admin tools, and responsive design for both web and mobile users. You will also be expected to improve performance, security, and overall user experience.

Work Schedule and Pay:
- Part-time: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Los Angeles Time (Pacific Time)
- Pay: $400/month, paid biweekly ($200 every 2 weeks)
- Remote position

Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of full-stack web development experience
- Proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and React or similar frameworks
- Experience with Firebase or MongoDB
- Able to work with or adapt quickly to ----------
- Experience integrating Stripe for subscriptions and billing
- Experience with user authentication and OTP login
- Experience building admin dashboards and role-based access systems
- Experience with file upload and document storage
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Reliable, independent, and responsive during working hours

Bonus (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Checkr, Twilio, or Google Maps API integration
- Past experience building SaaS platforms or service marketplaces
- Familiarity with healthcare, caregiving, or HR tech industries
