We’re a growing cleaning service company based in Las Vegas, NV, USA looking for a reliable, positive, and assertive Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term. You’ll be the friendly and professional voice of our brand—someone who’s comfortable making calls, following up with leads, and keeping our CRM organized.

This is a client-facing role, so strong communication skills and a confident, upbeat personality are a must!

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls from clients and leads
• Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads and past clients
• Update and manage contacts and pipelines in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Schedule appointments and send reminders
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, SMS, and email
• Support the business owner with admin tasks as needed

You Must Have:
• Experience working as a VA with a sales or customer service background
• Working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM (pipeline, automations, contacts, etc.)
• Clear, neutral English accent and strong spoken and written communication
• Friendly, positive, and assertive phone demeanor
• Self-motivation and a proactive attitude
• Stable internet connection and backup power/internet setup

Nice to Have (But Not Required):
• Experience working with cleaning companies or service-based businesses
• Familiarity with call handling tools or VoIP systems
• Sales conversion or upselling experience

Work Schedule:
• Must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours
• Initial part-time hours with potential to increase over time based on performance
