Are you a passionate Video Editor with a sharp eye for detail and a love for storytelling through visuals? Do you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your creativity and technical skills are truly valued? If yes, Penji wants YOU on our team!
We're looking for a full-time Video Editor to join our creative crew and help us produce stunning, high-impact video content for a wide range of exciting clients and internal projects. You'll work remotely from the comfort of your home, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Time (with a lunch break included).

What You'll Be Doing
• Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to fully understand project goals.
• Edit engaging and visually captivating videos that meet client expectations.
• Take feedback like a pro—refining videos based on input from clients and tea ---------- mbers.
• Meet deadlines while keeping your quality top-tier.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with both internal teams and clients.

What You Bring to the Table
• Excellent command of English—both spoken and written.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• A creative mindset with attention to storytelling, pacing, and visual flow.
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism in client interactions.
• Ability to clearly understand client briefs and transform ideas into visuals.
• Open to feedback and quick to adapt.
