JOB OVERVIEW

At ISONEW, we’re not here to sell services. We exist to unlock growth for entrepreneurs ready to scale with clarity, speed, and confidence. As our next Growth Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our direct sales team, sourcing, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with small business clients across the U.S. (typically teams of 5–25 employees).

This is not a reactive sales role. You will lead high-intent discovery conversations, deliver tailored solutions, and own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting to deal close.

???? What You’ll Do:
• Position the value of ISONEW’s solutions (marketing, CRM, sales systems, U.S. market expansion) to small business owners and decision-makers.
• Run 3–5 meetings per day with qualified leads, conducting strategic discovery, mapping pain points, and presenting high-impact solutions.
• Own a pipeline that is 90% outbound, while also qualifying and converting inbound leads when they arise.
• Guide prospects through the buying journey — from first contact to signed deal — with clarity, confidence, and consultative depth.
• Hit and exceed your monthly net new revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to bring new ideas to the table and help refine offers.
• Contribute to a culture of performance, accountability, and client success.

? What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year of outbound sales experience (self-sourced pipeline; SDR/AE experience)
• Proven closing ability — ideally in B2B, SaaS, agency, or consulting environments
• High energy, strong ownership mindset, and an unstoppable commitment to hit your numbers
• Ability to run strategic conversations and drive urgency without being pushy
• Comfortable working with CRMs, pipelines, and performance metrics
• Intermediate to fluent English (must be able to confidently sell to U.S.-based prospects)

• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Close.io, Pipedrive, Slack, Notion
