**About the Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)**

As an SDR at Engage, you’re not just making calls—you’re the driving force behind our revenue growth. You'll connect with business owners, introduce them to our all-in-one platform, and live-transfer qualified leads to our Account Executives. Your success will directly impact your earnings and the company’s growth.

Top-performing SDRs generate 15 to 25 closed deals per month.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Make 500+ outbound calls daily using our power dialer (80% will go to voicemail)
* Live-transfer at least 2 qualified leads per day to the AE team
* Deliver high-quality sales opportunities that close
* Collaborate with AEs to increase conversions and hit team goals
* Build quick rapport and trust with business owners
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

**What We’re Looking For:**

* Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills
* 3 to 5 years of experience in outbound sales or SDR/BDR roles
* Proven track record of being a top 10 percent performer on previous sales teams
* Confident cold caller with a consultative sales approach
* Highly driven, organized, and self-motivated
* Startup experience is a plus, but not required—grit and persistence are what matter most

**Compensation and Earning Potential:**

* $6 per hour USD base pay
* Commission based on performance: $50 to $1,000+ per month
* Typical monthly earnings range from $200 to $750 or more for strong performers
