Virtual Assistant – Social Media, AI Tools & Shopify Support

? Hey there! I’m a mom of two running a growing faceless marketing brand and digital business.

I’m looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-comfortable Virtual Assistant to support me behind the scenes as I scale up.
This role is for someone who loves social media, understands digital tools, and has experience (or excitement!) around Shopify and online marketing.

???? Tasks you’ll help me with:
• Scheduling and repurposing social posts (Instagram, Facebook, maybe TikTok later)
• Helping format and post stories, carousels, and Reels (no face needed!)
• Assisting with email replies and DM engagement
• Light AI usage (basic prompts using tools like ChatGPT)
• Supporting product listings, promos, and updates on my Shopify store
• Organizing content, systems, and task lists inside Notion or Google Sheets
