Operations Manager -M-F 9-5 PM EST

About the Role
We are seeking a high-level Operations Manager to oversee and lead our growing international team! You will manage three key departments:

? Sales Team
? Social Media Team
? Web Design & Development Team

This is a leadership position requiring hands-on experience in Sales, Web Design (especially Square / SquareSpace), and Social Media Management. You will ensure smooth workflows, excellent client communication, and on-time project delivery across all teams.

???? Key Responsibilities
? Oversee Sales Team operations and performance
? Oversee Social Media Team operations and performance
? Oversee Web Design & Development Team workflows and deadlines
? Coordinate project timelines and delivery with contractors and project managers
? Ensure high-quality client communication and satisfaction
? Build and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
? Report directly to the CEO on KPIs, team performance, and key business updates
? Help drive continuous improvement and scalability across all departments

???? Required Experience
? Proven experience in Sales, Web Design (Square / SquareSpace), and Social Media Management
? Leadership or management experience (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
? Familiarity with social media management tools, content calendars, and strategy
? Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
? Experience managing remote teams is a big plus
? Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

Pay
6-10 per hour (based off experience) 32-40 hours per week.
