???? What This Role Is About:
We're looking for someone who shapes how we work, and takes pride in seeing their fingerprints on everything we build. This is the most important role and the true backbone of the team. You will oversee everyone's workflow. Optimizing their performance, meaning you’ll help us figure out and improve our systems, not just follow them. You’ll work directly with the owner to make sure the company runs smoothly, with a special focus on design, coordination, communication, and efficiency.
We’ll be learning and evolving together, so flexibility and curiosity are just as important as experience.
Responsibilities Include:
???? Your #1 Mission: Support the Core Team
You won’t be doing random tasks all day. You will support the three key roles that drive our business forward and ensure nothing slows us down.
???? Support for the Real Estate Agent
Keep CRM (kvCORE) updated with notes, leads, and activity
Track all contract timelines and listing details
Keep the weekly agenda, calendar, and task list current
Provide summaries, updates, and reminders so nothing falls through the cracks
???? Support for the Appointment Setter
Help prepare daily lead lists and data
Make sure the calendar stays clean, organized, and optimized
Manage notes from call results or follow-ups
Organize the lead pipeline and help flag hot opportunities
???? Support for the Video Editor
Create or prep visual assets (graphics, photos, thumbnails)
Help manage the content calendar and track engagement
Collect property photos and upload assets in shared drives
Monitor which videos are doing well so we can double down
???? Photo Editing Skills (preferred)
This is the core skill you need to bring to the table. You must be confident using Photoshop, or a similar tool to create:
Polished Photos
Eye catching social media graphics
Beautiful property flyers
Visuals for
Designs that stay consistent with our brand and stand out online
???? Other Responsibilities
Help coordinate basic marketing efforts
Organize project timelines and to-do lists
Respond to light client communication
Support contract-to-close admin and transaction file cleanup
Track performance metrics from outreach and content
