Short-Form Video Editor for TikTok/Instagram Reels (Podcast/YouTube Content)

We’re looking for a creative and fast short-form video editor to join our growing content repurposing agency. You’ll be editing TikTok/Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts from long-form podcast or YouTube content.

Your job will be to turn raw clips into scroll-stopping viral videos with:

Fast captions (like Alex Hormozi or Iman Gadzhi style)
Zooms, cuts, and camera shake for emphasis
Emojis and meme inserts
Engaging pacing and strong hooks
B-rolls (when necessary)
You must be able to follow references and match a specific editing style.

Proven experience editing short-form content
Strong knowledge of viral formats and trends
Skilled in software like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut
Can work fast with tight deadlines (24–48 hr turnaround)
Communicates well and takes feedback
Fluent in English
