Social Media Video Editor - GOLF ONLY

We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor with strong social media experience to help us repurpose our existing YouTube golf content into engaging short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Your main goal will be to create snappy, high-impact clips and teaser-style content that attracts new viewers and drives traffic to our long-form YouTube videos.

If the initial collaboration goes well, there’s strong potential for expanded work editing our full-length 'YouTube'and 'X' videos.

Key Responsibilities

? Watch and analyze existing long-form YouTube videos (mostly golf-related).
? Identify compelling ---------- nts and edit them into short-form videos (15–60 seconds) optimized for:
-- Instagram Reels
-- Facebook
-- YouTube Shorts

? Create teaser-style video ads to promote our YouTube content across social platforms.
? Ensure content maintains brand consistency and high-quality production standards. ? Collaborate with the team on ideas and strategies for better audience engagement.

What We’re Looking For
? Proven experience in video editing, especially for short-form social media content.
? Strong understanding of what performs well on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
? Solid storytelling and pacing skills — you know how to hook viewers quickly.
? Deep understanding of golf — ideally someone who knows the sport, the lingo, and preferably golf equipment.
? Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Bonus Skills
? Graphic design or motion graphics experience.
? Experience with YouTube channel growth or digital marketing.
? Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track performance of social media content.
