Glen & Haze is a branding and marketing agency helping creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses turn their ideas into impactful, revenue-generating brands. We're looking for a proactive, creative, and quick-learning Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations and help keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
Role Overview
The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative, operational, and light creative support. You’ll work directly with the founder to manage systems, assist with marketing and content, and help streamline workflows. You should be organized, tech-savvy, reliable, and comfortable working independently with fast turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage calendars, scheduling, and
– Organize files and maintain project management systems (e.g., HoneyBook, Asana, Google Drive)
– Social media video editing
– Upload and format newsletters in Mailchimp
– Assist with social media scheduling (Later, Planoly, or native apps)
– Create creative updates to IG templates for content posting
– Conduct light research (e.g., trends, podcast outreach, industry insights)
– Create and update SOPs and internal templates
– Format presentations and client-facing documents
– Help manage inbox and respond to inquiries
Qualifications
– 2+ years experience in a virtual assistant, project coordinator, or admin role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication
– Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Slack, Zoom, Asana, HoneyBook
– Bonus: Experience in marketing, branding, or working with creators/entrepreneurs
