Job Details:

Pay: $20-$25 per video (20-25 minute videos)
Style: Fast-paced, documentary/investigation style with strong storytelling

Your Responsibilities:

Edit 20-25 minute investigation videos from provided scripts and footage
Source and incorporate relevant B-roll, stock footage, and graphics
Add text overlays, captions, and visual emphasis for key points
Create engaging thumbnails that match our style
Color grade and audio mix to professional standards
Maintain consistent branding and style across all videos

Required Skills:

Proven experience editing YouTube content (please share portfolio)
Strong understanding of pacing and retention strategies
Ability to tell compelling stories through editing
Experience with documentary or investigation-style content preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Fast turnaround time (3-5 days per video)

Bonus Skills:

Experience with After Effects for motion graphics
Understanding of YouTube algorithm and viewer retention
