Influencer Outreach VA (with TikTok Warm-Up)

Job Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to help us identify and reach out to TikTok influencers for promotional opportunities. This role includes warming up the TikTok account (watching and engaging with content) and sending daily outreach messages using a script we provide.

Responsibilities:

> Warm up the TikTok account by scrolling and engaging with content for the first 3 days (guide provided).

> Search for relevant influencers based on our target audience (instructions provided).

> Send 30 DMs per day using our outreach template.

> Track your outreach and send a short update daily.


Time Commitment:

> Warm-Up Phase (First 3 Days): 2 hours per day (total of 6 hours)

> Outreach Phase (Days 4–10): Daily outreach and reporting — timing is flexible based on your working speed.


Requirements:

> phone that supports the Tiktok/IG

> Strong written English and clear communication

> Comfortable researching, identifying, and messaging influencers

> Ability to follow a clear and repeatable outreach process

> Bonus: Having an extra phone available for work is a strong plus


Ideal Candidate:

Experience with influencer outreach, marketing, or virtual assistance

Familiarity with TikTok and influencer culture

Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented

Able to work independently and follow instructions without missing steps
