Youtube video editor for how-to videos

I am looking for a video creator who meets the following criteria:

What you have to do:
- Voice over/Screen recording + Tn
- Workload: 10+ videos per day (avg)
- Pay: $400, plus bonus payments once 300 approved videos have been reached

- Examples:

Access to an iPhone or iOS emulator would be practical, but it is not a requirement.
If you would like to proceed but prefer to complete fewer videos per day, please let me know, perhaps we can make it work.
I’d love to hear if you have done similar work before, and I’d appreciate it if you could send me a sample of your work.
