Virtual Appointment Setter – Warm Leads | U.S. Demo Bookings (100% Remote)

Job Description:

We’re hiring 4–5 full-time Virtual Appointment Setters to help us reach out to warm business leads and schedule 5–10 minute demo calls.
This is a 100% remote, non-sales role calling small business owners in the U.S. You’ll offer a quick walkthrough of a smart website we’ve built for them. We provide everything: warm leads, script, booking link, CRM access, and full onboarding.
There is no cold calling and no selling—just friendly outreach, clear communication, and proper follow-up tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
Call 40–75 warm leads per day (names and numbers provided)
Use our friendly script to invite them to view a free demo website
Book interested leads into our shared calendar
Send follow-up SMS (scripted) if no answer
Tag and track all outcomes inside our CRM (GoHighLevel)

Ideal Candidate:
Speaks fluent English with a clear, confident, professional tone
Comfortable on the phone—friendly, not robotic
Reliable and self-managing (we track performance daily)
Familiar with CRM tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or ---------- (preferred)
Experience in appointment setting, outbound calls, or VA work
Can work 4–8 hours/day during U.S. daytime hours
Can follow instructions, take feedback, and improve consistently

What We Offer:
$5.50–$6.00/hour (?30,000–?34,000/month depending on performance)
Weekly pay + bonus opportunities
