YouTube Automation Video Editor

We’re looking for a talented, reliable, and creative YouTube video editor to help bring our content to life. You’ll be working closely with our content team to edit videos that are engaging, dynamic, and aligned with our brand’s tone and audience. The ideal candidate is fluent in storytelling through video, understands YouTube culture and algorithmic trends, and has a sharp eye for detail.

???? Responsibilities:

- Edit YouTube videos (typically 5–20 minutes) with a focus on pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention
- Add B-roll, motion graphics, sound effects, music, captions, and transitions to enhance the video quality
- Color correction, audio cleanup, and visual consistency across videos
- Implement feedback quickly and professionally
- Deliver files in optimized format and resolution for YouTube
- Keep up with trends in video editing and YouTube best practices

? Requirements:

- Proven experience editing videos for YouTube (portfolio links required - NO YouTube Links)
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Solid understanding of pacing, jump cuts, text animations, sound design, and visual rhythm
- Familiar with copyright-safe music and B-roll usage (e.g., Epidemic Sound, Storyblocks, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
