You’ll manage daily bookkeeping, vendor sourcing, material tracking, timecard data, and project financials using JobTread, QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other tools. This is a dynamic, full-time position that blends operations, finance, and logistics—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a real impact.

We’re looking for someone who’s not just organized, but exceptionally detailed, accurate, and committed to doing the job right. If you’re fluent in English, confident with spreadsheets, and excited to lead daily huddles, run reports, prep payroll, and keep our customers and team aligned, we want to hear from you.
