VA / Sales-manager

You will be responsible for initiating conversations and developing connections with customers, while generating as many sales as you can. Creativity and captivating conversational skills are essential for this position. There isn’t an income limit for you because this will be performance based.

- Callcenter Experience / sales experience is preferred
-Callcenter / BPO experience is optimal
- Time flexible

This Job Will include:
-Building relationships with clients to understand what products/ services they are looking for
-Communicating with the rest of the team about important information about certain clients

This is a full time position: There are 3 shifts we are hiring for in EST (New York, USA)

4am EST – 12pm EST
12pm EST – 8 pm EST
8 pm EST - 4am EST

Pay:
We will start you out at $80 / week for 4 weeks. The role will move to 5% of sales once the 5% of sales is more than $80 / week. We will have you doing some sorting work in addition to the customer service role for the first few weeks. You will not make less than $80 / week in this role.
