Healthcare Collections Specialist for HGS Iloilo to start this MARCH

Responsibilities:
• Understand Healthcare Business Strategy and managed care direction.
• Utilize and be familiar with current system functions, applications and enhancements.
• Maintains resource materials such as updated disks, paper reference
• Additional responsibilities include development and training of self and co-workers
• Suggest and shares ideas for system improvement
• Experiments with and accepts new ideas in a positive and timely manner.
• The HealthCare Associate must achieve and maintain Key Performance Measures (KPM)
• Able to establish, implement and continuously improve the quality information security policies assigned to him / her.
• Able to establish structures and procedures to protect classified information.

Qualifications:
• Call Center experience is NOT required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• 4-year course graduates (Bachelor's degree) Medical background or graduate of medical related courses preferred
• Preference for agents with healthcare experience and knowledge
• Preference for agents with at least 6 months of customer service experience
• Conversant and spontaneous with the English language
• Analytical and committed to work full-time
• Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
• Solid problem solving skills
• Dependable with proficient attention to detail

Language Fluency:
• Ability to communicate in fluent English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to understand language nuances, intonation, accent and inference in spoken and written word in language of support
• Prior to starting product training, agents must pass an English fluency test ensuring their ability to meet the required attributes above

Candidate Skills:
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation

• Good listening and responding skills
