Tech Stack, CRM and Lead Generation Consultant (Part-Time, Remote – Philippines-Based)

Schedule: 2 days per week (16 hours total)
Remote: Yes (Philippines-based only)

About the Role:
We are hiring a reliable and experienced CRM and Lead Generation Consultant to manage and improve our tech stack. Our systems are already built and fully documented. You will receive a two-week handover from our current Tech Manager starting mid-June.

This is a long-term part-time role supporting a growing business coaching company with franchise partners across Australia.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Maintain and improve our CRM and automation systems
- Run and manage lead generation campaigns
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Support our franchise business coach partners with CRM and data
- Report to our Director of Brand & Communications (Natalie Dawson)
- Work directly with our Founder (Jared Dawson)

Tools You’ll Work With:
- HubSpot
- Zapier
- Smartlead
- Dripify
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Google Sheets and CRM databases
- Python (for basic scripting and automations)
- Prompt engineering and web scraping (a bonus but not required)

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a tech, CRM, or lead generation role
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Based in the Philippines
- Degree in Data Science, IT, or similar (preferred)
- Experience working independently and remotely
- Proactive and reliable with strong attention to detail
- Team player
