ABOUT OUR COMPANY
We are a U.S.-based commercial finance company that helps real estate investors and business owners find the right loans for their needs. Our company is growing fast, and we are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team by managing lender information and reaching out to lenders to update their loan programs.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable doing both data entry and professional communication via
YOUR DAILY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
-Entering and updating lender details in our CRM (name, contact info, loan program info, etc.)
-Researching lenders online to find contact information and basic program details
-Reaching out to lenders via
-Keeping notes and summaries of communications
-Providing weekly reports on your progress
REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Strong attention to detail
-Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and CRMs (Zoho or similar preferred)
-Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based professionals
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
-Positive attitude, trustworthy, and proactive
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
-Previous experience working in real estate, lending, or finance
-Experience using LinkedIn or doing online outreach
-Familiarity with U.S. loan or mortgage terms (we can train you!)
