Mission of This Role
To own, execute, and optimize the technical backend of our client CRM experience inside GoHighLevel (GHL) — from onboarding setups to troubleshooting to workflow automation — so clients see faster results, less friction, and better conversions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Setup & Onboarding
Clone and configure new client GHL snapshots
Assist with A2P 10DLC verification and Twilio integration
Setup and QA client sub-accounts, domains, email/SMS providers

Workflow & Automation
Build and test smart workflows: lead routing, auto-nurture, pipeline stage changes, review requests, and more
Customize pipelines, calendars, forms, triggers, email/SMS sequences
Optimize workflows for speed, deliverability, and lead conversions

Landing Pages & Funnels
Edit landing pages and funnel templates (mostly drag-and-drop)
Add tracking pixels (Google Ads, Meta, GA4) and test submissions
Troubleshoot form/page bugs or broken integrations

Support & Requests
Manage GHL-related support tickets (ClickDesk)
Work closely with Account Managers to resolve CRM issues fast
Perform regular audits to catch issues before they affect clients

Integrations & Tools
Set up webhooks, custom fields, and connections to platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Lead Forms, Zapier, Looker Studio, etc.

You’re a Fit If You:
Have 3+ years hands-on GHL or similar CRM platform experience
Understand the marketing use-case behind GHL automations
Are comfortable setting up and testing A2P, domains, workflows
Can troubleshoot fast and communicate clearly under pressure
Have a love for clean systems, smooth processes, and documentation
Edit Landing pages & funnels

Bonus: experience with contractors/home services businesses

Bonus Points If You Also Know:
AI Agent Integrations
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Looker Studio or other dashboard tools
Meta + Google Ads tracking & attribution setup
Zapier or Make (for workflow extensions)

What Success Looks Like
New clients are onboarded in GHL within 72 hours
95%+ of support requests resolved within 48 hours
Workflows trigger reliably and produce trackable outcomes
Clients and Account Managers trust the system is working

Compensation
Starting Monthly Salary: $1250/Mo depending on experience
Opportunity to grow into Tech Lead / Technical Manager role
Full-Time remote schedule with clear project timelines and accountability
