Are you highly organised, analytical, and experienced in the short-term rental industry? We’re looking for a Revenue Manager / Virtual Property Management Assistant to join our growing property management company. This role is ideal for someone who can handle dynamic pricing while also supporting daily operational tasks related to short-term rentals.
???? Position Summary:
This is a flexible, remote role with shifting schedules. You’ll take ownership of revenue management (preferably using Wheelhouse or PriceLabs), while also supporting general operational and guest management tasks. You’ll play a key role in keeping our listings competitive, guests happy, and operations smooth.
???? Schedule: Open to shifting hours, including occasional weekend coverage

???? Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Management (Preferred Focus):
Adjust pricing and minimum stays using tools like Wheelhouse or PriceLabs
Monitor market demand, events, and competition
Optimise occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR across platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
Generate reports and advise on pricing strategy
General Operations & Admin:
Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance teams
Respond to guest inquiries and schedule changes
Update availability calendars and listings
Monitor check-ins, check-outs, and property readiness
Support with reporting and performance tracking
Operations & Admin Support:
Coordinate cleaners and maintenance using Turno
Communicate with guests via WhatsApp, Outlook, and Hostfully
Answer and manage phone calls (inquiries, team coordination, guest issues)
Update availability calendars and listing content in Hostfully
Organise files, checklists, and documentation in Dropbox
Monitor property readiness and respond to urgent tasks
? Requirements:
Experience in the short-term rental or property management space
Familiarity with revenue management tools (Wheelhouse, PriceLabs preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proactive, tech-savvy, and able to multitask
Experience in short-term rental or hospitality operations
Familiarity with Hostfully, Turno, WhatsApp, Outlook, and Dropbox
Proficiency with PriceLabs or Wheelhouse
Excellent spoken and written English; confident in handling phone calls
Reliable, tech-savvy, and self-motivated

Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com
Background in call handling or customer support
Knowledge of the Australian STR market
