GoHighLevel Automation & Integration Expert (Voice AI, Chatbots, Websites, SMS, Funnels)

I’m looking for a highly skilled and reliable GoHighLevel expert to help with a variety of automation and integration tasks for my AI-powered services business. The ideal candidate will not only know the platform inside and out but also be a strong executor who can take direction, move quickly, and deliver results without needing constant supervision.

This role includes building and improving funnels, connecting voice AI and chatbots to websites, automating outreach workflows (SMS/email), handling third-party integrations, and occasionally tweaking web pages to support new campaigns.

Requirements:

? Must-Have:
• 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
• Proven experience building advanced automations and workflows
• Familiarity with AI employee setup (voice AI agents, chatbot flows, voicemail drops, SMS agents)
• Experience integrating GoHighLevel with tools like Zapier, Facebook Lead Ads, Calendly, Google Sheets, etc.
• Comfortable embedding GHL forms/bots onto websites or landing pages
• Excellent understanding of lead funnels, conversion tracking, and client communication automation
• Reliable internet access and ability to communicate consistently via WhatsApp or email

? Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant setups (or willing to learn)
• Google Ads, Google Analytics, or GHL Academy certifications
• Experience with healthcare, real estate, or service-based businesses
• Knowledge of GHL sub-accounts, A2P 10DLC compliance, and custom calendar configurations
• Bonus: Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT or integrating OpenAI into workflows
