Marketing VA (Facebook DMs)

We are hiring a part-time Virtual Assistant (VA) with expert-level FACEBOOK experience in ---------- (Direct Messaging) Marketing to engage with our audience, foster authentic connections, and drive interest in attending our upcoming 2-day free live event "Reclaiming the Light Within" taking place on June 23-24, 2025.

You will be responsible for importing 25 contacts/daily into Google Tracking Doc and maintaining accurate records of online conversations and follow-ups. You will collaborate with the CEO to refine messaging and outreach strategies based on audience feedback. You will connect directly with the CEO on a daily basis for updates, feedback, and support. You will dedicate 2 hours daily (M-F) for pre-arranged co-working sessions on Zoom (where we are working on our own projects related to the business, so that the CEO is available to answer questions). These 2-hour sessions are where we infuse the work with energy and intention, not just activity.

Our mission is rooted in inspiring, uplifting, and healing women who have experienced childhood trauma. Our goal is to nurture the relationship on Facebook, invite them to our 2-day free event "Reclaiming the Light Within," and then invite them into our 6-month paid program ("Messy Onion").

You will be paid on an hourly rate (2-4 hours daily/5-10 hours weekly). Plus, our 5% bonus commission is part of a sacred partnership with the CEO, demonstrating your commitment to helping build the business. You will earn the 5% commission based on enrollments into the "Messy Onion" program. It’s not just about incentivizing your results—it’s about honoring the ripple effect YOU create and the transformations that are made, by extending a sacred Invitation to those women who attend the 2-day live event, and are ready for the "Messy Onion" program.
