Live Chat Agent sales

We're hiring a Live Chat Agent to join our remote team. Your main task will be chatting with fans using pre-written scripts and selling access to exclusive content. Ideal for someone with emotional intelligence, strong grammar, and a confident, flirty writing style.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Answer inbound chats using provided character persona
Convert fans into paying customers (you get commission)
Follow a structured chat flow with upselling points
Fill out short shift reports after every session
Requirements:

PC or laptop with stable internet
Fluent written English
35–56 hours/week availability (minimum 5 shifts/week)
Ability to stay in character, sell confidently, and think fast
Strong attention to detail — ghosting will result in instant termination
Pay Structure:

Base Rate: $2/hour
Commission: 2% per sale
Raises to $3/3?ter trial period (performance-based)
Paid biweekly via Wise or crypto
