Creative Executive Assistant (AI-Savvy / Brand Builder)

Role Overview
You’ll work directly with the founder to take ideas and build them into real-world brands, products, or systems. You’ll be a creative problem-solver, researcher, project manager, and AI-powered execution partner.

What You’ll Do
Build launch plans for new ideas (product lines, content series, subscription boxes, influencer collabs, etc.)

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, Notion AI, etc.) to write copy, brainstorm names, generate packaging mockups, and more

Coordinate with models, dancers, and creatives to organize content and promotional campaigns

Set up and manage social media pages for new brands — including bios, voice, posts, and engagement

Research suppliers, software tools, and growth hacks for scaling new ideas

Work with Chinese product manufacturers to turn packaging concepts into finished goods

Assist with pitch decks, proposals, and investor-facing docs
