JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are a growing hospitality investment and management company operating a portfolio of boutique and branded hotels across Arizona and California. We’re hiring a Remote Hotel Operations & Revenue Manager who can serve as a strategic partner in overseeing hotel operations, driving revenue, and directly supporting the company president (me) in executing key projects and daily priorities.
This role requires someone with hands-on revenue management experience and a proactive, operational mindset. You'll help track performance, lead process improvement, manage action items, and support follow-through across multiple hotels. Comfort with using AI tools, managing task systems, and joining meetings or reviewing meeting to summarize outcomes is a must.
This is a long-term remote role with high exposure, varied responsibilities, and the potential to grow alongside our company.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Performance Management
• Oversee room pricing, inventory, and distribution strategy across properties
• Analyze occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and forecasting data; recommend improvements
• Audit OTA listings, booking engine setups, and rate parity regularly
• Collaborate with presodent to implement pricing, promotion, and channel strategies
Operational Oversight & Project Management
• Track and support key hotel operations projects, initiatives, and CapEx plans
• Support the President to ensure execution of SOPs and operational consistency across the hotel portfolio. Assist in creating SOPs when and where needed.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest operational improvements using AI and automation tools
• Assist in preparing & reviewing daily/monthly reports for each hotel.
Executive Support (Support for Owner/President)
• Join internal and external meetings to take notes, summarize key decisions, and draft follow-ups
• Maintain and update a task/project dashboard for hotel operations and executive priorities
• Assist in scheduling, email follow-ups, and light research tasks
• Prepare quarterly investor business recap for each hotel.
• Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Trello, or AI agents to improve workflows and save time

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• At least 2 years of hotel revenue management experience
• Background in supporting operations for U.S.-based hotels or hospitality companies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, task/project tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, Notion), and PMS systems (e.g. Cloudbeds, HotelKey, ChoiceAdvantage, SynXis, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Otter.ai, Zapier, or similar platforms
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus
• Availability to work partially or fully during U.S. business hours

Compensation & Benefits
• Monthly Salary: $1,000 – $2,000 USD (based on experience and skillset)
• Performance-based bonuses available every 6-months
