Lead Generation LinkedIn Specialist / Business Development (Part-Time)

We are a small UK-based WordPress digital agency looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help support our lead generation efforts. This is a new area for us, so we’re looking for someone who’s experienced, confident, and capable of working with minimal direction — someone who can take the lead and hit the ground running.

We’re not expecting night shifts — just a few overlapping hours with the UK business day (e.g., late morning or early evening PH time), so you can maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn and online directories
• Build and maintain prospect lists in Google Sheets or our CRM
• Spot businesses that fit our ideal client profile (training provided)
• Engage with company pages and decision-makers on LinkedIn to support outreach
• Track activity and lead statuses clearly and consistently
• Assist with simple admin tasks related to lead generation and follow-up
• Report progress daily through our project management system, ActiveCollab


Requirements:

• Previous experience in lead generation, LinkedIn research, or virtual assistant roles
• Exceptional written English — grammar, tone, and clarity must be high, as you may be communicating directly with prospects on our behalf
• Ability to write clearly and professionally in a tone that aligns with our brand and voice
• Confident handling of client-facing messaging (via LinkedIn or email), with excellent attention to nuance and detail
• Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel for data entry
• Self-motivated with the ability to follow processes and hit daily tasks
• Consistent availability for 2–3 hours per day (with some overlap in UK working hours)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
• Experience with CRM or project tools is a bonus

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
• Familiarity with digital marketing or WordPress/web services
• Understanding of small business landscapes (especially UK/US)
• Experience with email follow-ups or templated outreach

Rate:
$5–$8 USD per hour depending on experience
