JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We run a high-level Amazon FBA coaching program helping beginners and intermediate sellers scale their stores with 1-on-1 mentorship, community, and proven systems. Our clients are ambitious, hungry, and pay $1,000–$4,000+ to win.

We need a proactive, organized, and people-first CSM VA who can make sure every client is onboarded, activated, supported, and kept accountable.

Your Role
You are the bridge between our team and our clients. You will make sure no one ever feels lost, stuck, or ghosted. You’ll track progress, support clients daily in ---------- , and ensure a world-class experience inside our mentorship.

Responsibilities:
Onboard every new client into ---------- + Notion dashboard

Welcome tag and send starter checklist & resources

Track and follow up on 1-on-1 call booking progress

Monitor client activity in ----------

Check-in with inactive clients and offer help

Collect wins, testimonials, and feedback

Support with basic tool setup (Keepa, SellerAmp, etc.)

Track all clients inside a Notion CRM dashboard

Escalate any red flags to the founder or team

Monitor group calls and tag relevant clients when applicable

Respond to client DMs and route them to the right tea ---------- mber

Tools You'll Use:

Google Sheets (win tracker, EOD logs, CRM backup)

Calendly (to monitor coaching calls)

Gmail / GoHighLevel / Zapier (bonus)

Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken + written)

Fast response time (check-ins 2–3x/day)

Organized, friendly, and people-focused

Obsessed with client success and proactive follow-ups

Can handle 15–50+ clients at once

Must complete a daily EOD report

Bonus Skills:
Experience supporting Amazon FBA coaches or ecommerce brands

Familiarity with SellerAmp, Keepa, Amazon Seller Central

Familiar with GoHighLevel CRM or similar tools

Past CSM experience in a coaching or agency setting

Pay & Hours:
$400–$600/month depending on experience

25–30 hours/week — flexible but must check in daily

Long-term role with growth potential into full-time or leadership
