Role Overview:
As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in managing appointments, rescheduling when necessary, and providing administrative, accounting, and technical support. Your strong communication and sales skills will help ensure our sales pipeline remains strong and that our clients have an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Confirm appointments and handle rescheduling requests efficiently.
• Manage and update our systems using GoHighLevel, Google Suite, and Slack.
• Provide administrative and basic accounting support (e.g., tracking invoices, reconciling records, assisting with bookkeeping tasks).
• Use your phone and Zoom skills to support our virtual meetings and calls.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on tasks promptly.
• Leverage your sales skills to assist in nurturing leads and clients when needed.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to virtual tools.
• Embrace a growth mindset and be proactive in learning and growing in your role.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in GoHighLevel, Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack.
• Good phone etiquette and professionalism.
• Basic sales experience is preferred.
• A technical mindset and willingness to troubleshoot or learn new tools.
• Growth-oriented attitude and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
