Job Description

Are you a highly motivated and innovative individual with a passion for AI and automation? We are looking for someone to join our team as an AI & Automation Systems Architect. This is a critical, high-leverage role focused on building the infrastructure that gives our business superpowers. You will identify opportunities to eliminate repetitive tasks, streamline operations, and accelerate strategic execution by proactively embedding AI into every possible workflow. This is not a back-office support role; it is about building foundational systems for growth.

Soft Skills

   •    Fast Learner: You can quickly pick up new tools and concepts in a rapidly evolving field.
   •    Systems Thinker: You see patterns, break down complex processes, and envision how they can be redesigned for efficiency.
   •    Innovative Problem-Solver: You actively identify challenges and creatively apply AI/automation to solve them.
   •    Adaptable & Proactive: You thrive in a dynamic environment and take initiative to build solutions without needing constant direction.
   •    Strong Initiative & Ownership: You are highly independent and take full ownership of your work and areas of responsibility.

Basic Skills

   •    Excellent communication skills (especially written English) – fast & efficient communicator who can get to the heart of the matter without meandering
   •    Comfortable using Google Workspace and Notion
   •    High attention to detail

Required Technical Skills and Experience

   •    Proven experience using cutting-edge AI & Automation tools/frameworks day-to-day: You are comfortable and proficient in using tools like Zapier, Make, GPT APIs, Manus, LangChain, CrewAI, Microsoft AutoGen, OpenAI Operator, Google Veo, Copilot, Replit or similar platforms to automate workflows.
   •    Ability to identify opportunities for automation: You can analyse existing processes and pinpoint areas where AI/automation can significantly improve efficiency.
   •    Experience building or implementing technical systems/workflows: You have practical experience in setting up and integrating different tools and systems.
   •    Ability to build agentic AI tool stacks that interconnect with existing systems and workflows

Desired Technical Skills and Experience

   •    Some exposure to scripting or front-end development (e.g., JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS)
   •    Experience working in startups, venture, growth marketing, or founder-led businesses

Detailed Responsibilities

As our AI & Automation Systems Architect, your daily and weekly responsibilities would include:
   •    Identify manual and repetitive tasks across sales, client delivery, and internal operations.
   •    Design and implement automated workflows using various AI and automation tools.
   •    Develop lightweight internal tools (e.g., dashboards, simple bots) to support core business functions.
   •    Relentlessly research, test, and integrate new AI tools and platforms into our workflows.
   •    Document new processes and create AI-based SOPs.
   •    Act as a “force multiplier” by extending the team’s capacity through technical execution.
   •    Provide a daily email report detailing tasks completed and in progress.

Samples of the Type of Work You Can Expect

Please be prepared to share examples of past projects where you implemented automation, built internal tools, or significantly improved processes using AI/technical solutions. This could include descriptions, links to tools/code (if applicable), or explanations of your approach to solving a specific problem.

Work Schedule and Holidays

This is a full-time position. We are a remote team with members in different time zones. While we offer flexibility in your exact working hours, we require overlap for collaboration and meetings that align with UK business hours (ideally +/- 4 hours from UK time).

Salary

Ranges from $600 to $2,000/month, with clear opportunities for increased compensation as you demonstrate impact and grow in the role.

Perks and Benefits

   •    Potential for growth into a leadership/CTO-type role as the business scales
   •    Opportunities to learn and work with cutting-edge AI and automation technologies
   •    Working directly with the founder on high-impact strategic initiatives
   •    A collaborative and innovative team environment

Career Potential

As a foundational hire in this critical area, you will have the opportunity to shape how AI and automation are integrated into our business and potentially grow into a key technical leadership role as we scale. We invest in our team’s development and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term.
