We're looking for a smart, reliable, and proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in real estate or property management to help us stay organized and scale.
????? What You'll Do:
Respond to Airbnb/VRBO guest messages with warmth and professionalism
Schedule cleaners, handymen, and property inspections
Update property listings, prices, and availability calendars
Assist with permit tracking, utility follow-ups, and zoning research
Input and reconcile income/expenses (QuickBooks, spreadsheets, or similar)
Are tech-savvy and love keeping systems tight and efficient
Create and manage task checklists for property turnovers and projects
Help organize files, SOPs, and communication flows
Social media help (optional – captions, DMs, posts)
