JOB OVERVIEW

The Office Manager’s Assistant will support the daily administrative operations of the company, ensuring smooth communication between departments, vendors, and clients. This role is ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

***You are not only expected to be a worker, but you are highly expected to be a team player, a friend, a right hand as well. To not only the Office manager, but also the Owner/CEO. We will be hiring to keep employees, not to replace them constantly.
I am hiring exclusively to make this an opportunity for someone to change there life and have a lifetime career. Please expect the company to launch within the next 6-10 months, once we launch it will be very busy and I will need someone to show communication and commitment from NOW. Please arrange for you to have work until company launch, then you may leave your current work to work with us FULL TIME***

-Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and internal team calls
-Maintain digital filing systems (contracts, invoices, permits, etc.)
-Prepare reports, updates, and internal documents for leadership
-Support office supply procurement and vendor coordination
-Respond to emails, calls, and client follow-ups as needed
-Help onboard subcontractors, clients, and internal staff into Buildertrend
-Assist with payroll entries and data tracking
-Provide backup support to the Office Manager during peak times

**If you do not have a passport, please be expected to obtain one, an allowance of 6 months to 1 year will be given to new hire to obtain travel documents, details on why will be discussed later on**
